Winning grants requires more than just a well-written proposal. In this session, we’ll dive into what it means to be "grant-ready" and how to position your organization for success. Learn practical tips for identifying the right grant opportunities, crafting compelling narratives, and demonstrating impact to funders. We’ll also explore common grant pitfalls and how to avoid them, helping you strengthen your grant-seeking strategy.

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  • Assess their organization’s grant readiness and identify gaps that need to be addressed.
  • Research and evaluate grant opportunities that align with their mission and funding priorities.
  • Write clear, compelling, and competitive grant proposals.
