Strategic Planning Your Organization’s Roadmap to Success!

Strategic Planning Your Organization’s Roadmap to Success!

Tuesday, April 23, 2024 (3:00 PM - 4:30 PM) (EDT)

Description

WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

Does your organization’s leadership say yes to every new idea or initiative? Your organization's staff and volunteers work hard, but they aren’t working on your strategic priorities. Leadership has the vision and strategy for your organization in their head, but they don’t always communicate it effectively.

If any one of the above sounds familiar, then take this workshop!

WORKSHOP OUTCOMES

In this workshop, Executive Service Corps-  Florida's Senior Consultants will walk you through the process of creating a strategic plan for your nonprofit and even give you some of the tools you'll need to create one.

Workshop participants will gain an understanding of why it's important for nonprofits to develop and use a strategic plan as a guide for their daily operations and reaching their long-term goals. They will also be given an overview of the elements that are included in a good strategic plan and the steps to create one, including worksheets and resources they can use to create a strategic plan for their own organization.
