About the Presenter

Since 2017, Tessie Watts, M.Sc., has been a prominent consultant, speaker, and trainer of leadership and organizational development. She is the Owner/CEO of The Leadership Haven Resource Center, LLC which provides transformational workshops, business retreats, and resources to corporations, nonprofits, and small businesses. She specializes in multiple topics, including storytelling, public speaking, DEI, team building, board development, and organizational strategy and development.  Tessie is the visionary behind the “REIGNITE FLORIDA” Small Business Leadership Summit and has been recognized for her work in the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) space.  Tessie has a master’s degree in organizational leadership and years of training, public speaking, and consulting experience.
