This workshop will explore the reasons organizations decide to hire and how best to find candidates in these challenging times. We will look at meaningful and compliant job descriptions and their importance in finding the right employees.

The Dos and Don'ts of interviewing and relevant employment laws. In addition, once you have your candidate how do you onboard them? What is onboarding? Why does it matter and what some of the best practices you can engage?

Following this workshop, you will be able to consider the important implications of hiring, where and how to hire, and the impact of talent management on your organization. We encourage you to attend all three workshops to expand your knowledge of Human Resources. If you do, you will receive a complimentary one-hour consultation to discuss any topic you choose.
