The Dos and Don'ts of interviewing and relevant employment laws. In addition, once you have your candidate how do you onboard them? What is onboarding? Why does it matter and what some of the best practices you can engage?

Following this workshop, you will be able to consider the important implications of hiring, where and how to hire, and the impact of talent management on your organization.
