This workshop will guide you on how to retain your employees once you have hired a team. Outlining "total rewards" and what employees expect (i.e. compensation, medical and dental benefits, etc). How do you develop and help employees grow and be motivated? We will explore why performance management and goal setting are so important. Best practices on giving and receiving feedback. In addition, we will examine Technology platforms for people management and where they fit in your business. 

Following this workshop, you will have a better understanding of what employees expect with regard to total rewards, career growth, and accountability. You will learn about the options of HR systems to help you manage a team and their performance.
