Description
** Canceled **
Handling a team involves a "lifecycle", people come, contribute, and sometimes people leave. Feedback, hard conversations, resignations, and terminations can be part of growth in your organization. Handling transitions well will leave your reputation, team, and bank account in one piece.
This workshop will cover a variety of departures and how to handle them. Things to be aware of and preparations to ensure accurate and smooth communication. In this workshop, you will learn about different types of departures and how to handle them with accuracy and grace. You will be aware of some of the laws that may govern your transitions and be more prepared to handle the next hard conversation or organizational exit.
We encourage you to attend all three workshops to expand your knowledge of Human Resources. If you do, you will receive a complimentary one-hour consultation to discuss any topic you choose.
